1. Pre-store setup

🌐 Domain

Your web address is the thing people type to find you. We’ll register a new one or transfer your existing one over. You own it, we manage it.

🖥️ Hosting

This is the server your website lives on. We use Namecheap because it’s fast, reliable and allows us to keep overheads within your subscription.

📧 Email addresses

Want [email protected]? Done. We’ll set up whatever email addresses you need using your domain, included as standard.

🪤 Catch-all email

Any email sent to a misspelling of your address (such as [email protected]) still lands safely in your inbox. Nothing gets lost.

2. Foundations

⚙️ Website installation

WordPress is the world’s most widely used website platform. It powers over 40% of the internet. We use it because it’s powerful, flexible and future-proof. You’ll probably never need to log into it.

🛍️ Store installation

WooCommerce is the gold standard for online shops built on WordPress. It handles your product pages, basket, checkout, payments … everything that makes a store a store.

💳 Connecting payments

Your customers can pay via card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal – the options are yours, we’ll plug it in. We use Stripe for card payments; it’s trusted by millions of businesses worldwide, accepts all major cards and deposits straight into your bank account.

🧱 Website build

We use Salient for our base (a premium design framework) and build upon in, to give us complete freedom over how your store looks and works. We set up all the building blocks, page templates and content sections that your store is built on. You’ll never need to touch any of this.

3. Integrations

🔍 Google visibility

We install and configure Yoast SEO – the industry standard for search engine optimisation. It helps Google understand what your store is about and where to show it in search results.

📊 Analytics

We connect Google Analytics so you’ll be able to see how many people visit your store, where they come from and what they look at. Simple, visual, and free.

📱 Facebook & Instagram ads

We install the Meta Pixel so that if you ever want to run ads on Facebook or Instagram, your store is already set up to track who visits and who buys. You don’t have to run ads, but the door is open whenever you’re ready.

📋 Product catalogue spreadsheet

Add a product, change a price, mark something as sold out- you do it here, in a spreadsheet, the way you already work. No logins, no complicated dashboards.

🖇️ Store-to-spreadsheet connection

Using Airbridge (our own technology) your store checks your Google Sheet every hour and updates itself automatically. New product in the sheet? It appears on the store. Price changed? Updated. Item sold out? Gone. Your only job is the spreadsheet.

4. Public readiness

🔧 Final configurations

Every platform, every integration, every setting. We go through it all and make sure it’s connected, configured and working properly before anything goes live.

🎨 Branding

Colours, fonts, logos, photography etc. We apply your brand consistently across every page of the store. If you don’t have brand guidelines yet, we’ll help you figure out what you like before we start.

📐 Web pages

Every store comes with the essential pages built in; product listings, individual product pages, basket, checkout, delivery & returns, and terms & privacy. On top of that, you get three additional pages included in your subscription.

5. Handover & aftercare

🤝 Handover

Before we hand over the keys, we’ll sit down with you (in person or on a call) and walk through everything. By the end you’ll know exactly how to manage your store via your Google Sheet, and who to call if you ever need anything.

🛠️ Maintenance

Once your store is live, we don’t disappear. Your subscription covers ongoing maintenance, keeping plugins and integrations up to date, running health checks and fixing anything that breaks. If something goes wrong, we’re your first call. We’re constantly improving things behind the scenes too, and occasionally that means new features land in your store without you having to ask or pay for them.
