Giving notice
Get in touch with us at [email protected] and let us know you’d like to cancel. There’s no awkward conversation to be had — we just need it in writing.
Your final payment
When notice is given, your next scheduled monthly payment will be your last. Once that payment is received, we’ll begin the handover process.
What we’ll hand over
Once the final payment clears we’ll provide everything you need to take full ownership of your store, including:
- Your domain, transferred back into your name
- Hosting account details
- Details of any other subscriptions we’ve been managing on your behalf
Your website will remain live and fully operational throughout. The only thing that changes is that the ongoing work and maintenance from our side will come to an end.
A note on the final payment
We’d always rather end on good terms — a smooth handover is in everyone’s interest. If the final payment isn’t received, OMGLASERSPEWPEW will retain control of the domain and the website until the outstanding balance is settled. We really don’t want it to come to that, and it never has.
